We went to Furniture Row to look at furniture. We were not pressured and were able to look and try out all the furniture. Elijah came over to us and ask us what we were looking for and showed us the exact features and furniture we wanted. We have purchased other furniture there and I love the fact that know one follows you around or pressures you. Elijah is very personable, friendly and has great customer service.

Furniture Row in Nampa has an expansive showroom with displays an array of items for all sorts of buyers. Their staff is very knowledgeable from the specifics of each item to the promotions and different options to choose from. Jerry was pleasant to work with and he understood what I was going for and gave me the best customer service in town!

I needed a loveseat immediately for my daughter after her back surgery. I spent a day researching all the local furniture stores and found Victor the most patient and knowledgeable salesperson around. I said patience for a reason! He answered all my questions and truly wanted to help. He personally loaded my new loveseat on my pickup. What a great experience!!

Ireland Sparrow was our sales associate and she was wonderful. She made sure to consistently check on us to see if we had any questions but she never hovered over is, which we greatly appreciated. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
